2025 Indiana Rally Vendor Application

Product and Service Information

Vending at our rally

We are offering indoor and outdoor vending spaces.  Vending space rental costs are listed below.  Sponsoring vendors will not be charged for vending space. 

Vending days will be Tuesday Evening, May 27, Wednesday, May 28 , Thursday, May 29 and Friday, May 30.

Vending Hours are:

Tuesday, May 27 from 5 pm - 7 pm

Wednesday, May 28 from 10 am to 4 pm

Thursday, May 29 from 10 am to 4 pm

Friday, May 30 from 10 am to 4 pm


Indoor

  • Our indoor vending space will be in building A
  • This space has concrete floors and an open rafter ceiling
  • There are a limited number power outlets in this building
  • We are supplying one 8' table and two chairs per booth space with more available if requested
  • We are not renting pipe and drape to separate vendor booths
  • If desired, you may supply your own tables, chairs, back drops, space dividers, carpet etc. 

Outdoor

  • The space will be on grass
  • 30A power will be provided.  Bring your own power adapters, breakout boxes and extension cords
  • The Fair's tables and chairs available to us are not meant for outdoor use, so please plan to bring what you need

 

Camping at our rally

Our rally is not using Harley's Hill so it can be used by vendors and long-term camping.

Should you plan to camp at the Fairgrounds while vending, please contact the Fairgrounds office (574-533-3247) to make your Harley's Hill camping reservation and payment.
