As part of the Ally Rally, our Alliance Service Team (and select suppliers) will be on hand to assist with pre-approved service requests. If you would like to request rally service for your Alliance RV (3 items or less), please complete and submit the Rally Service Request Form below between February 12th and May 1st.
ALLIANCE RALLY SERVICE COMMITMENT: Alliance (and select suppliers) will make best efforts to address pre-approved service-related items during the rally timeframe. Please note that the on-site service technicians will be instructed to perform pre-approved items only.
RALLY SERVICE REQUEST SCOPE: Service requests should be related to original factory installed components, and repairs must be reasonable to perform on-site at the campground. Items outside the rally service request scope include (but are not limited to) general maintenance items, customer damage or insurance work, dropping holding tanks or underbellies, slide-room removal, replacement of large appliances, upgrades or modifications from original factory equipment. Upon submission, your requests will be reviewed by Alliance. You will be contacted via email with the approval status of your request(s) or to request additional clarification if needed.

RALLY SERVICE CHECK-IN: Upon arrival at the Rally venue, the Site Check-In team will hand you a Service Check-In form. Once you’re parked at your campsite and all setup, complete the form and take it to the Service Desk in the Sheep Swine Arena on Maple Street during the Service Desk hours as listed on the form.
The Service Desk Check-In times are as follows
· Sunday, May 26: 8 am to 4 pm
· Monday, May 27: CLOSED in observance of Memorial Day
· Tuesday, May 28: 8 am to 4 pm
· Wednesday May 29: 8 am to 4 pm
· Thursday, May 30: 8 am to 12 pm
· Friday, May 31: 8 am to 12 pm
Note: Parts cannot be ordered at the service desk. If you are wanting to order parts, please email email@example.com as soon as you can.
