Camping option the week prior to the rally
Many Allies plan to arrive in the Elkhart County area well ahead of the rally. As other rallies are happening at our rally venue in Goshen prior to our rally, we suggest our Allies consider choosing Elkhart Campground, in Elkhart, Indiana to camp at until it’s time to move down to Goshen to the rally venue.
Elkhart Campground has set aside a number of spaces for rally attendees who wish to arrive in the area early.The process Elkhart Campground has given for us to give to our Allies is as follows:
– DO NOT call to register or register online for camping the week prior to the rally
– Just “Show Up” and advise that you are with the Alliance RV Group
Camping option up to 3-days prior to the rally – at the rally venue
Early camping at the rally venue (Elkhart County 4H Fairgrounds) in Goshen, Indiana is available starting Sunday, May 28th. During the online rally registration process, you will be able to select 0, 1, 2 or 3 early days of early camping. These will be billed during the rally registration process. As such, you do not work with the venue for these 3 early nights. See the image at the bottom of this page to predetermine your top 3 camping area locations so you have them ready at registration time.
Camping during the rally – at the rally venue
Camping during the rally at the rally venue for the 3 rally days is included in the rally registration process. As such, you do not work with the venue for these 3 early nights. Camping after the rally – at the rally venue
The rally venue is allowing Allies to extend their stay by one night. This means should you desire, you may stay Saturday night, and depart not later than noon, Sunday. For this night, you will need to work with the venue. We ask that no later than noon, Friday, that you walk over to the Fairgrounds office (near gate 2) and pay for Saturday night. Note that the cost will be whatever the current retail pricing for the venue is.
