If you have requested a golf cart rental for the Las Vegas rally, please fill out the information below, agree to the terms and conditions, and submit payment. Each rental is a four-passenger golf cart, rented through Wheels in Motion, and will be delivered to and picked up from Oasis Las Vegas RV Resort.

Golf Cart Terms and Conditions

This is a standard 4-day rental for a 4-passenger golf cart. Rental delivery will be Tuesday, October 29 and pick-up will be Saturday, November 2. Rental will include an energy consumption charge. A charge of $85 per hour will be billed to customer for any cart not ready for pick-up at pre-arranged time. Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to delivery for a refund (minus taxes and fees) or the full rental fee will apply. If the battery is drained during rental, an $80 service fee will be charged to travel to the rental location and change the battery. Any damage to the rental cart or sustained by those driving or riding in the cart will be paid by the renter. Alliance RV will not be held liable for damages, injury, or additional charges incurred by the individual renting the golf cart. 

*I understand a paper copy of the full agreement will need to be signed at time of pick-up.
