2024 Las Vegas Alliance Rally
The Las Vegas Service form will open on Monday, July 8, and will remain open until Friday, September 13.
As part of the Las Vegas Ally Rally, our Alliance Service Team will be on-site to assist with pre-approved service requests. If you would like to request rally service for your Alliance RV (3 items or fewer), please complete and submit the Rally Service Request Form below no later than Friday, September 13. After this date, we can not guarantee service work will be performed, as we may not have time to get parts for your request.
ALLIANCE RALLY SERVICE COMMITMENT: Alliance will make best efforts to address pre-approved service-related items during the rally timeframe, based off of online service forms submitted within the timeline. Please note that the on-site service technicians will be instructed to perform pre-approved items only. Due to the fact travel is involved for team members, tools, and parts, we will be limited to ONLY pre-approved service requests that we are able to get parts for prior to departing Indiana.
RALLY SERVICE REQUEST SCOPE: Service requests should be related to original factory installed components, and repairs must be reasonable to perform on-site at the campground. Items outside the rally service request scope include (but are not limited to) general maintenance items, customer damage or insurance work, dropping holding tanks or underbellies, slide-room removal, replacement of large appliances, upgrades or modifications from original factory equipment. Upon submission, your requests will be reviewed by Alliance. You will be contacted via email with the approval status of your request(s) or to request additional clarification if needed.

Note: Only one Service Request form is allowed to be submitted per site/unit. If you need to make any changes to your initial request, email us at factoryservice@alliancerv.com.
RALLY SERVICE CHECK-IN:
The Service Desk Check-In times are as follows
· Tuesday, October 29 – Wednesday, October 30: 8am-4pm (Closed for lunch around 11:30 each day)
· Thursday, October 31: 8am-12pm
Note: Parts cannot be ordered at the service desk. If you are wanting to order parts, please email parts@alliancerv.com and make arrangements for them to be shipped directly to you.

*Please note that due to the distance between our Alliance campus in Indiana and this Las Vegas rally, we are limited to fulfilling only those service requests for which the parts arrive in time.
