This form is ONLY for attendees with a confirmed reservation at the 2026 Alliance National Rally and will help with planning for meals and activities. If you do not complete this form, we will NOT have a Welcome Bag ready for you at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday, May 26.

Name badges will include an individual's name, the city and state where they're from, and what floorplan they own. Only fill in the name badges needed for each individual attending the rally with you.

T-Shirt Information

Each Rally Unit (Campsite) qualifies for up to 2 adult Rally T-Shirts, plus 1 Rally T-Shirt for each additional paid attendee (Ages 12-17 and 18+, additional paid attendees in these age ranges must be added and paid for in your reservation).
Children are not guaranteed a shirt, but their information can be added in the next section in the event we do offer them this year.
Please do not add more shirts than your rally unit qualifies for, as we only have a small number of extras for swaps and employees.
Rally T-Shirts for adults are being offered in Adult/Unisex-style only and in sizes S (19), M (20 1/4), L (22 1/4), 1XL (23 3/4), 2XL (25 1/4), 3XL (27 1/4) and 4XL (29 1/4). Number in parenthesis indicates chest measurement.
If you need to change a shirt size as rally approaches, please feel free to email rally@alliancerv.com; however, please also keep in mind shirts will be ordered at least one month prior to the rally.
Experience has shown us that for many, Rally T-Shirts tend to run a bit small. Please consider this when selecting sizes.

Additional Attendees in Your Party

Children under the age of 12 will not be an additional cost. Children 12-17 will be $50 each and additional attendees in your party who are 18+ will be $100 each. Please contact rally@alliancerv.com if you need to add on additional attendees over the age of 11.

Kid T-Shirts

While kid t-shirts are not guaranteed, we would like to know the sizes that would be needed for those children attending the rally with you. Kid sizes tend to run small. Please make your selections with this knowledge in mind. Also, be aware kid t-shirt would NOT be the same color as this year's adult t-shirts due to different offerings by our supplier.
